• State Certified, with experience on staff at KCHA and in a clinical chiropractic setting
• Specializing in modalities which support relaxation and gentle relief from chronic pain, such as that experienced with fibromyalgia, arthritis and other inflamatory conditions
• Trained in Swedish, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Polarity, and Reflexology, with extended training in CranioSacral Therapy
• Certified in Muscle Release Technique
• Certified in Massage Cupping, including Face Lift and Drainage and Massage Cupping Wraps to support smoking cessation, reduction of cellulite, and relief from stress and pain
• Additional 150 hours of training in Spa Services, including Hot Stone Therapy, Salt Glow, Mud and Body Wraps
• Taught Natural Remedies and Introduction to Spa Services at KCHA.
• Offering Ear Candling, which can be very supportive as you recover from respiratory ailments such as colds and flu

I am passionate about the use of massage to support a healthy immune system through the mobilization of lymphatic fluid. In my spare time you will find me on a massage table, because I love massage as a client too and have received sessions in many world-class spas across the US and in Jamaica and The Bahamas, bringing new techniques back to share with my clients. I welcome both the experienced spa client and those receiving their first massage or spa session!
