I offer a number of therapeutic massage services, and will be happy to answer any questions you have about the different modalities and how they may work best for you.
Prior to your first session, you will be asked to fill out a brief intake form, and we'll discuss your specific needs and goals for this massage.
I will check in with you about pressure, but at any time during your session if you feel you would like more or less pressure, absolutely speak up! This is your time, and I am grateful when a client lets me know they could use a little more pressure on their back, or a sore knee is quite tender. When I am a client receiving massage, I think of my practitioner as a partner in my healthcare, and the best sessions I receive are those where I have been clear about my expectations. I hope to provide that same support for my clients.

| Ear Candling This ancient remedy is practiced in many cultures as part of a a routine wellness plan. You will relax comfortably while a specially selected, hollow beeswax candle is fit to your ear canal and monitored closely while the flame creates a chimney effect, drawing out excess wax and impurities that may be lingering in your ear. The flame never comes close to you, and in fact many clients find this service relaxing and even sleep-inducing. Swimmers ear just not draining? Is the use of ear plugs causing buildup of wax for you? Are you clearing from a cold and still have that heavy, stuffed feeling? A session of ear candling may be the way for you to achieve relief in a gentle, non-invasive way.
About 60 minutes for both ears $40 including the cost of supplies
